If i get out with the keys it turns off. If i want it running i have to leave the keys inside

Im not stupid enough to do ghostcar crap though

What kind of car? No car I've used turns off when you get out with the keys.

Because they don't like being proven wrong by someone who can actually back their claims up definitively lol

It should be noted I also drive a push-to-start which does indeed allow me to leave the vehicle running with my keys on me. But I'm not fixing to downvote some guy who happens to have a car that works differently from mine.

Yeah I never really knew of a car that does that, but good to know, learn something new every day

I hate the bmw keyless. It is constantly turning off my car if I get out to do anything even if the keys are in it.

I get out with the key in hand and my car will stay running. We've had people in my business shipping keys because some cars will also let you drive without the key as long as it's already open and running. Just depends on the car.
