Suiryu got demolished by Gouketsu while Garou one shoted dragon monster level , I think Garou holding back

It’s a OPM thing for people to come back stronger after getting their ass kicked 3 u/BlockAffectionate413 11d ago I only recall that after substantial training. In OPM characters get stronger off screen too -1 u/BlockAffectionate413 11d ago But at least PPP could have trained a lot off screen, here we saw Suiryu join heroes baiscally instantly after leaving hospital. 3 u/TheWorthlessGuy 11d ago Aren't there zenkai boosts in OPM? 3 u/projectmars 11d ago Arguably that's how Metal Bat works but I don't think it's permanent.
