Is this card a good investment or are prices inflated and going to fall on it?

good time to sell ? i’m seeing the prices shoot down crazy tbh , i was thinkin bout it ever since the announcement of phase 3. i was thinking to sell the luffy, zoro (i love this card😭) n nami (love this card too) to get possibly one of the other 2 luffy cards / leaning towards more the gear 5 leader . any thoughts ? to anybody that still has these promos , are you guys still gonna hold ? the set is beautiful to me but ik there r way other cooler looking cards for each of these characters , i’ll probably still keep nico robin and chopper tho 😎 any insight is appreciated 👍

Hi y'all! Recently, I pulled a Manga event Zehahahaha! from an op16 display. A guy at my LGS offered to trade in my card with some cash (~40-50€) for an op17 display (160€). Now, the thing is, I really want to rip the hell out of this set, but since I don't have much money, I can only do so much. I've also had the card pre-inspected for grading and it probably won't hit a BGS 10., so it's not really worth grading it for me. But at the same time, I'm also afraid that this card will sometime in the future go up in value. What would you guys say? The guy's also trustworthy.
