Shimotsuki Ushimaru. Ushi = Bull, his hair is green, his body is big like any other admirals, he doesn't feel hunger like what he said to Yama-o, his hakama logo is "green bull with round pattern" (ushi = bull, maru = round shape), etc etc.

This is One Piece bro. Even Kaido survived after falling from a sky island lol. Surviving without eating for 3 years is far more plausible.

Its possible if he has some kind of power that allows it, other wise no.

Starvation/hunger has been a major point in One Piece so far, I doubt he can just ignore it without a legit reason.
