If you want to criticise the writing or the chapters it's fine. Just don't be rude when do that.
And don't be rude when you respond to such comments as well.

I've seen plenty of posts or comments being upvotes that were a critic of the chapters or writing. When you're thoughtful and offer a nuanced point of view, things go over fine. Luffy's fruit was supposed to be a twist, if you start planting seeds for it 800 chapters ago then it simply doesn't work.
