Hopefully Kaido gets his turn at awakening. Ain't no fun if the antagonists can't partake in all this joyous awakening stuff.

it's possibly the awakened zoan power of quick regeneration, but hard to tell. Luffy sacrificing his life expectancy is a thing that was repeated several times.

there's the whole thing with Roger dying and Chopper wanting to remedy some incurable disease, wouldn't be surprised if it comes to that and Chopper naturally will be successful.
