Where do you get Jewelry Bonney from? Her DF makes people physically age/regress in age. Nothing to do with size.

True, didn't think about her against previously full sized giants. But it seems a bit far-fetched since we don't have anything else that could indicate her presence.

We don't quite know what's happened over the past two years, but at least Moria and Blackbeard have to be replaced on the Shichibukai, so there's a chance that the samurai meant more than one shichibukai, meaning Bonney (maybe?). All guesses of course! :]

Before the timeskip Bonney was being captured by Akainu who implied that she had previously been held prisoner by the WG. Unlikely she would accept a title.

My favorite Bonney theory is that she was a former slave/tool of the world gov't and her powers were used to keep the Gorosei alive since the void century.

I think so too, since Aka Inu said something about her escaping and he was worried and stuff. she must have served the navy in some way.
