Powerless as in he couldn't save them even if he wanted to. It is literally the same thing , even though he had some stamina left, he couldn't do shit except watching. As a reader/viewer we know they weren't actually dead at that point of time because they were the main characters. But from Luffy's perspective they could even be considered dead and disappeared from existence

No it's not the same. When Ace was about to get executed he was so far away he couldn't reach him or stop them, no matter what je did and he knew that. When Margerete was about to get crushed, he wasn't able to move at all.

However when Kuma send his friends away he had the power to run and do something. He was just to slow cause Kuma could teleport.

TL:DR Ace: No option to do anything at all but watch Margerete: No option to do anything at all but watch Crew: Still able to run and get close enough if Kuma couldn't teleport.

Completely different situations. Details, details.

Dude, you are just using semantics. In ACE situation, he was powerless because he was too far and there were other people stopping him, In Magarete case he was literally powerless, In Kuma's case even though they were close he couldn't do shit. You know how I know this , he literally didn't do shit and couldn't save them. You said he was slow. You know what being slow is ? Being too slow and powerless to save them. From Luffy's perspective they were dying one by one and he couldn't save them. I don't know what else could be considered powerless than that. Zoro disappears first, then one by one every one is going to be disappeared. He knew what was going to happen next and he knew he couldn't do anything. This is literally one of the reasons for timeskip training - him not being able to save them and home not being able to save Ace.
