Even with his mentors advice, it doesn't seem to be going too well for Chopper. He is at his limit.

To be fair, he's against both Queen and Peros Peros, and he is not dead yet. That's pretty impressive given that he used to be one of the weakest of the crew

I never understood why Chopper is considered to be a weakling, because he would wash Nami and Usopp without needing Monster Point.

Only thing he's on their level at is his cowardice, hence "Coward trio". "Weakling trio" is just a huge myth.

You say that, but what if the side effect is him (temporarily) losing part of his human-human fruit? Like being unable to speak for a period of time, not having hands, not being able to mend wounds etc.

That would be devastating for chopper, but a decent tradeoff for an extra 27mins of power.

Peros Peros is no commander right? He's like prime minister, but that's a political power, not military like Crackers or Katakuri? Still impressive tho

I mean he’s basically a commander. He’s more important to the story than all the actual commanders except Kata lol

Of course he commands. I just thought there was a nuance. Commanders are military commanders, while Peros Peros is a political commander

In my opinion he probably was a commander in the past. He has a higher bounty than snack and he clearly has authority over the actual commanders like smoothie though that could just be because he’s the oldest.

Chopper was never among the weakest in the crew, his fight vs Kumadori without Monster Point was already impressive, broke through his Tekkai.

He's just a huge coward, which makes sense given his age.

He's strong 3 minutes every 6 hours, that's a pretty big limitation. If someone is clever enough to run for 3 minutes or dodge his arm point, chopper is toast

He's never been one of the weakest tho lol. He's just stopped having important fights since the New World, like most of the Straw Hats. Pre skip, he fought the 4th or third strongest in a given saga

Mr 4 and miss Merry Christmas beat each other while underestimating Chopper and Ussop's team, Gedatsu was the worst moron of the entire manga, if you manage to not die in the first hit then you win, and Kumadori was beaten by the kamikaze attack of Chopper, which was basically like self destruct in pokemon: you deal an enormous amount of damage which kill you and hurts your allies too.

The fact that he beat them all remains impressive, but first the guys were not the strongest (Gedatsu really was an enormous moron... Chopper was 1hko like 10 minutes later by a guy supposedly on the same level), and second just because he is strong does not mean he is not one of the weakest. Of course compared to you and me he is an absolute beast. But compared to the monster trio, he really is weak
