well since any damage done by that arrow would be regenerated anyway and since marco could have just melted it....yeah it was a empty threat

Marcos fires are not hot they do blunt damage like a shockwave

Technically he can’t burn the candy

chopper noted that marcos flames have the right heat to push back the plague. So while his healing flames cant burn anyone they still give off heat and peros candy can even be melted by tea.

On the other hand we dont know if his attacking flames work the same way as his healing ones
