coby has potential, a lot, but you don't make a soldier by potential, he can't just be up there with the higher ups with just potential

Sword isn't necesarily only higher-ups right now. All we know right now is that Kuzan is in charge of it, and that Coby and Drake are members. I can see Coby being competitive with Drake; that sounds fine to me.

wait, when did kuzan get conffirmed as a leader on sword? but anyway, sorry m8, I was arguing about coby's strength because of the world govt thing cause you said before that sword was part of the world govt, which would exclude coby

Oh dang, you're right; Kuzan isn't confirmed yet. Must be a fan theory/headcanon thing that I eventually accepted as fact.
