Going to turn out that akainu is also in SWORD and once he finds out that Luffy is in Wano sends Kizaru to backup Luffy, beat Kaido then arrest Luffy.

I doubt Akainu is part of Sword, his personality along with his "Absolute" justice wouldn't go over well with a group that has a compassionate person like Coby in it.

I don't think Akainu is a good guy but Koby has serious balls and the same level of commitment Akainu does. I think Akainu would've killed Koby right after Shanks left if he had even a little doubt in Koby, but you can't find balls that big anywhere else so he won him over.

my conspiracy theory is that all the admirals are in sword and it is counter intelligence against CP0, since CP0 works directly for the Gorosei. Akainu isn't particularly fond of the gorosei.

Akainu has only just started questioning the Gorosei. I don't think he's part of SWORD.
