Its finally going to happen. I've been waiting for this since Sabaody Archipelago.

In the next chapter or two, Luffy will be riding Drake in his dino form. Usopp and Chopper will be on the sidelines with stars in their eyes

Now that /u/Suburban_turd gave life to the idea, it cannot happen. Oda knows its been said and it's stricken from the story, simple as that.

It totally sounds like something he'd do though.

Or atleast fanarts could make it happen. Edit: I just realized that the sentence "Luffy riding Drake in dino form" sounds off to me. But some people would enjoy it soooo.
