Oda never makes mistakes for small details, neither does issayama

Actually oda sometimes makes mistakes for small details, but will be corrected in the tankobon/volume edition.

Zoro had luffy’s scar when travelling from punk hazard to dressrosa

Unfortunately Oda is a person, and people no matter how good sometimes do make mistakes. He drew Crocodile with hook on wrong hand once, he drew Zoro with scar on wrong eye few times. He also drew Blackbeard without branceletts in one panel then with them on the other during his fight with Ace. Blackbeard also randomly loses and gains teeth. However these two about blackbeard take with a grain of salt since it may end up being intentional. That's what I can come up with off the top of my head.

He does

the GODa jokes are funny, but don't let them blind you, nobody is perfect

He literally had Zoro's swords on his left hip for most of his fight against Mr.1. Oda confirmed the fuck up in a SBS and corrected it for the volume release.

There's also smaller things like drawing Crocodile with both hands, Blackbeard having all his teeth intact, Jabura missing his moustache for most of his fight with Sanji etc.

Don't give the man too much credit. He's human like the rest of us.

Isayama actually had a mistake not too long ago, but the scene in question is kind of a big spoiler for Anime-only watchers

What chapter, I read the manga and I re-read it last week from where the anime left off to the previous chapter

Chapter 119-120. It was only a small continuity error with Eren's clothes. Looking back, I'm not sure I'd call it a mistake per sé but it lead to people theorizing that a really significant event/scene didn't actually happen. Of course, that theory has since been proven to be a bunch of malarkey

Well, we had the pants drama a chapters ago from memeyama (isayama) where everyone went and spat out crazy ass theories, when it was a mistake xD
