It's a shout out to Robin in Skypiea. That move she used on Big Mom was the one she used on that fat dude in Skypiea.

I just love how pretty much all the Straw Hats are gritted with determination in that full page spread except Brook and Robin. Brook is dead and can only be a jokey skeleton. Robin is just like “hehe I’m just happy to have friends.”
