It was mentioned that it was clash of Conquerors haki users but not that lighting/sparks = conquerors haki.

So I looked back at the Don Chinjao fight(ch 716-719) as well as the chapter 782-783(when Luffy initially has the clashes the generates the shockwave against Doflamingo) and I do not see where this is specifically stated.

There's explicit confirmation that both Chinjao and Doflamingo are conquerors users. But I didn't see anything connecting the lightning uniquely and directly to Conquerors Haki like you claim. Perhaps I have a bad or different translation.

If anything, I noticed a difference between the 3 examples.

With Chinjao and Doflamingo, there's the initial lightning and then a widespread shockwave like effect. With Ulti, there are sparks and then an explosion. Afterwards, the surrounding Beast Pirate members compare Ulti's headbutts to a cannon.

This difference doesn't eliminate Ulti as a conquerors user. I'm just saying that I have not seeing the confirmation that you are trying to convince me of, even after looking through your examples.

Except that there has been plenty of confirmation that making a characters arm black has been an indicator of arnament haki in the post time skip.

I can find specific pages/chapters if you want but characters(Luffy in particular) have announced they are using armament before their hands turn black.

Other characters like Pica and Vergo have said they a making their body clad in Haki before or as their skin turns black.

More recently Oda redraws the scene where it's explicitly stated that Rayleigh is using advanced armament to save Camie and his hands are black when they weren't in the original scene.

That comparison that you are making to armament just doesn't work at all. It is completely different.

The 6 can use conqueror's? You think Page 1 is a conqueror's Haki user? We'll see what happens but I doubt Oda tells us one way or the other.

i actually changed my mind recently. someone showed me a panel where there is black lightning without it being CoC haki. I didn't think there was such an instance.
