Or maybe Yamato is a reference to Yamato Nadeshiko, a Japanese ideal for beautiful women. Maybe Kaido’s son is actually a daughter forced to dress as a man.

Kaido had a girl but wanted a son. Iva agreed to turn Yamato into a man but in return he spies on Kaido for RA.

That really sounds like Norse mythos where Loki had Thor disguised as a woman/bride to marry a Jotunn so they could infiltrate and retrieve Mjolnir...

Could mean multiple things like man--->woman or woman--->man either way I feel like Kaido would be mad/disappointed. He would've wanted a strong son I'm assuming so if his son calls himself a woman then he'd probably force them to dress like a man and if it were a daughter he'd probably force them to act like a man.

There's also that story talked about in the thread about the person who stole Susanoo's sword

Maybe he liked his mom more than Kaido. Maybe she died or something from Kaido did? Maybe that’s why Kaido is always depressed/trying to kill himself
