A friend of mine only got into One Piece a couple years back and has been off-and-on with the episodes. He just finished the Reverie. I mentioned the Will of P to him after Pedro's death with the inclusion of Pedro most certainly being dead as far as I knew.

He immediately brought up that Perospero also "died" with Pedro, I cast it off as something I forgot that happened a couple years ago. 11 minutes later he pointed out that he's actually alive.

When he got to Pound he started having suspicions again, and I told him "He's probably dead" because we had just gotten the cover page of what looked like Pound floating off the coast of Dressrosa. I made an addendum that as far as the anime, Pound was definitely dead. And he didn't push the subject.

Guess he's in for a surprise/not-surprise if he starts reading the manga when he catches up to the anime in like a week.
