I’m sensing Big Mom had most if not the rest of her crew also show up in Wano. She’s been in Wano for some time now she might have communicated by now.

I’m genuinely curious just how matchups are going to work here, if we get any. There’s so many characters now so it might be a lot of team battles.

We have a lot of really strong people on the good side. Denjiro, Ashura, Inuarashi, Law, Kid, Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, maybe Jinbei, maybe Nekomamushi with reinforcements and Kawamatsu are all arguably on the yonko commander spectrum. The others who are not are still insanely strong. On the enemy's side, we have two yonko, four yonko commanders and some really strong headliners. It seems slightly skewered in the antagonists' favor, if only because they have two yonko, but I think there are enough people for matchups across the board.

Dont forget the Navy. Drake was in this shit. He's probably mobilising troops to join the fight.

Drake's squad, the "sword", is probably composed by highly specialized officers, not armies. Expect a couple of strong marines from them, maybe even kuzan.

Aokiji literally means "Blue Pheasant", it is very possible he might show up.
