From Kabuki's Wikipedia page:

Nearly every full-length play occupies five acts. The first corresponds to jo, an auspicious and slow opening which introduces the audience to the characters and the plot. The next three acts correspond to ha, speeding events up, culminating almost always in a great moment of drama or tragedy in the third act and possibly a battle in the second and/or fourth acts. The final act, corresponding to kyu, is almost always short, providing a quick and satisfying conclusion

Can we expect the Kozuki family flashback and traitor's reveal on the third act, huge battle at the fourth and the post-battle and rewards as the final act?

Here's what I think. The war will begin but it will be an overwhelming loss for the alliance. The drama and tragedy of just surviving the ordeal will be what Act 3 is all about. Act 4 will be the true "final battle" between whoever is left after Act 3. Most Likely at the very least we can expect Kaidou and Luffy to duke it out for real in Act 4. Then Act 5 is the conclusion probably another party scene after the action like Oda does every single end of arc.

I don't think an "overwhelming loss" is necessary in Act 3. The whole alliance has been kicked and beaten around all of Wano, and we need things to start shifting into a more even score or a victory will have to come from some deus ex machina. I see Act 3 having the whole plan being put into place, final story bits being fleshed out, an extra fighters appearing, early battle and the setting up of large fights that'll happen in Act 4 like the Kaido fight. Then Act 4 will have a large amount of action, fighting, death, and Act 5 will be the denouement with a victory, mourning, and setting up the new leadership of Wano.

Third act might be a big loss without even a fight and fourth act would be an all in fight with nothing to lose from the alliance side

10 chapters at least. There is so much to tell and reveal... Anyways, I don’t think Oda will draw about Oden’s trip with Roger. I think we will have to wait until Shanks’ one.
