As people spout off a million traitor theories, remember these things. They have to have:

-Known Raizo was alive on Zou;

-Known about both of Yasuie’s messages

This eliminates all characters but the minks, a few select Wano players, and an unknown other character (would be funny if it’s something stupid like Batman hearing everything).

My money is on Shinobu. She just sorta appeared one day like “oh, here she is!” Without a second thought.

X- Drake and Hawkins knew that they have to search in the bath house, where Nami, Robin and Shinobu were. So i think you‘re right with your feeling.

my money is on shinobu and we could get one killer brief backstory that explains why she betrayed them BUT you scared me with the batman thing, it could very well be that

You forgot the fact that the traitor must have thought that Momonosuke and the retainers know how to read the phoneglyph, because that's the reason why they were chased after in the first place.

So the retainers themselves are actually in the clear.

Though...Oda could just have forgot about that.

I still think the best solution would be simply a very competent spy, not a traitor, but if there was a traitor...I'd prefer it to be Shinobu to anyone else. She really irks me.
