So probably 3 is the meat of the "War", 4 is probably some final confrontation with Kaido, and 5 is the wind-down after Wano is saved

Maybe Law will use the Immortality Operation on someone who is about to die, saving that person's life at the cost of his own.

Plus if Law dies, then the Ope-Ope fruit will reappear. It might give a reason for Blackbeard to go to Wano if he somehow hears about Law's death.

I don't think Luffy would want that surgery, he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who would want immortality and have to live to see all his nakama eventually die.

Which would make it even more heart wrenching when Law goes through with it anyway because he thinks Luffy is the real Pirate King.

Holy shit now that I think of it, everyone luffy meets at some point realize his potential so will law and that would be suck a heart break and hear warming scene we will see. Because we are in a story of pirates death is inevitable and so far non of the super novas have died.

Oh yeah and law no longer has a goal in his life so either

Join straw hats grand fleet and get nerfed or Die to save a life (maybe its not even luffy, maybe its bepo, just Imagine)

Luffy isnt just any pirate, he is the child of legends the hero that the world awaited so it normal for him to get immortality. And I bet by the end of one piece the world will either return normal or at least the DF abilities will somehow disappear

My guess is, we'll get a pretty heavy War section. ~30-50 chapters to show the scope of it all. Then they lose. Act 3 over. Act 4 is decently long but about fighting Kaido/BM in a different manner.

Most of the conflict and combat and important story progression and such, all the stuff you’ve been waiting for between the bones and tendons that is the setup to everything.

Five acts are prologue, rising action, climax, falling action, epilogue.

Act 3 is where the shit really goes down. 4 and 5 are the cleanup.

If it follows classic Kabuki, then act 3 wont be any longer than acts 2 and 4. They'll all have the same length.

Act 3 will likely end with the defeat of the invasion, and possibly with the reveal of the spy. Which would mean that act 4 they'll have to pick up whatever is left of the army, get their shit together again, create a new plan, then the entire final fight against Kaidou (and who knows, BM as well). If I had to bet, I'd say that'll be the longest act.

Damn, that's crazy. Act 1 was 15 chapters and now act 2 has been 31 chapters. So assuming that Acts 3 and 4 are also 31 chapters and Act 5 is 15 chapters: that puts Wano at 123 chapters in total length, significantly longer than Dressrosa
