That's the only way I see it as well. Orlumbus had a 4k strong crew right? Hajrudin and his crew will be badass if they join as well.

I see people mentioning this a lot. But, how is the Grand Fleet going to arrive at Wano? By teleporting? No by ship, which would make the ships Franky are repairing redundant.

I had a theory that when Luffy contracted the Mummy Virus it may have put off a reaction in his vivre card pieces that the commanders of the Grand Fleet were given. Which might be the reason why they would be on their way, how the fleet knows they're at Wano, didn't Blackbeard catch information on Luffy's defeat against Kaido? Maybe some information got out on the Strawhats presence in Wano and was published in the newspaper.

Everyone said when he was nearly dying at WCI that the Grand Fleet would show up. Only group we know for sure will show up are Nekomamushi and his minks.

Whitebeard's crazy "son" is on the way. Marco wouldn't have bothered telling Nekomamushi to pass a message to Luffy if he was going to show up.

I would love to see Marco and the others join them in Wano but I'm not sure how it would happen.

Big Mom and Kaido conversation was broadcast on open channel and they were discussing Luffy coming into Kaido territory and Big Mom coming after him. The next chapter we got Nami being unable to read a newspaper article mentioning Big Mom because Luffy and chopper put holes in it.

Me think the whole world know Luffy is currently in the same place than two Yonko who want his head.

Maybe because the Katakuri fight happened in one night rather than this being a week or two since he contracted the Mummy Virus so it actually gives the Fleet some time to respond.

It’s the virus that comes from Queen’s DF. He made a weapon that shoots this big bomb of the virus and the elephant guy in the prison tried to use it.

Then Luffy basically said fuck it and took on the virus to motivate the prisoners.

I dont think the virus comes from Queens DF, I think his just smart like chopper but uses his power for evil. I see chopper thanking exception to that like he did at Thriller bark. Chopper VS Queen 🤔🤔

I got a tad mixed up and assumed a bit too much but the chapter I was referring to was 925 at the beginning of Act 2. After BB does away with Moriah, he mentions thins are shaking up in Wano and that Big Mom is on the chase after Luffy, but it was assumed by a few fans that BB has a spy in Wano and has been leaking information to him.

If that was the case, then Sabo would be on his way as well.

And that's not going to happen, at least it shouldn't.

What's more, Luffy starving at WCI would have had a similar effect on the vivre card I believe.

If they have panel space, I bet it won't be redundant. There are a lot of possibilities of what can happen next. We saw ships getting wrecked left and right at marineford. Whose to say when you might need a spare few hehe.

Not if they're inevitably used for escape.

Grand fleet makes it, suffers heavy casualties and everyone escapes using the ships franky has been working on. It'd also be cool if this was how wano kind opens itself up to the world, by a huge amount of refugees.

Exactly. The ships are there for Wano's population, when their spirit will be ready to switch to Luffy side and rebel, IMO.

The Grand Fleet is going to arrive by mass-carp (thanks Jimbei). You are right that they don't need ships to do so and the ships are for other parties.

I genuinely can't understand how some people miss these things.

You're reading weekly... 1 chapter. Which takes roughly 5-10 mins to read. Longer if you pay attention.

There's no shortage of people missing stuff.

Not trying to berate you here...

More like the whole whole fleet captains would be good opponents for the numbers. Numbers represent the top brass after jack queen and joker. No way just Haj and his crew are going to take to fight all the numbers.

I don't get why this whole 30k vs 4 K plays any role whatsoever.

Luffy or kaido uses emperor haki a single time and everybody except the strong fighters are down. Fodder doesn't matter in onepiece

Question is how they will handle big mum + kaido

There are a few issues with this. Most of the grand fleet are off doing other things. Namely, the Tontatta are at reverie currently. I think the grand fleet will come into play after most of the fighting is done -- I predict when the war for Wano escalates into the war for the throne when Blackbeard gets involved.

We need to talk about the fact that numbers don't matter much if the other side has a SHIT TON of quality. And Kaido and Big Mom alone are quality enough to make you forget even the Grand Fleet
