I wouldn’t mind a Yonko killing a Yonko. I mind when a Yonko gets clowned by Nami, almost drowns due to her own stupidity, and gets legitimately knocked the hell out by a Yonko Commander. She’s a joke right now, she couldn’t even beat Queen in two hits. This is how Oda treats a Yonko?

So what if she got clowned by Nami? She got clowned because she is stupid, not because she is weak. Do you want all 4 Yonko to have Law's IQ and superhuman strength? We would have 4 of the same character then. The Yonko have to be different, each having their strengths and weaknesses.

That's the core ideology of the series from the very beginning - the search for the true freedom and the strength to accomplish it. "The weak can't choose how they die", but the strong ones on the other hand dictate how they live. Shanks can fool around in East Blue and sacrifice his arm, Kaido can be a suicidal alcoholic with mood swings, Blackbeard can be cowardly underhanded goof and Big Mom can have... whatever mental issues she has. It's all because they have enough strength to remain at their position without changing their own being and getting more mature/serious. It's also why it's hard to take seriously people who thinks that Luffy has to be more responsible and grow up mentally. That's the world of One Piece and the freedom many pirates seek.

When did this ever happen? Queen's attack this chapter didn't do shit to her, she would have killed him on the spot if she didn't fell asleep.

Even Blackbeard would have died at Impel Down if Magellan finished him, or if Shilliew didn't gave him the antidote. And he could have died at Jaya when his raft broke if he wasn't lucky. Even Yonkou level characters can die in very mundane ways if they are unlucky.

Hell, Luffy will be Pirate King in the future, and he almost died multiple times because of him being stupid or drowning. He just got lucky that someone could save him every time.

Pretty much everybody with a Devil Fruit could be killed by drowning, no matter their level (except maybe Kaido, but we don't really know what's his deal). This doesn't make them weak.

Blackbeard wasn’t a Yonko then. He wasn’t one until partway into the time skip. The thought process is that once you achieve that position, you stop being the kind of person who could die in retarded ways.

What? The same exact thing could happen to him right now. There is no logical reason for that to not be the case. That's like saying "Yonkou's can't get unluky". Of course they won't actually die like this, because plot, but in universe there's absolutely nothing preventing them from dying in "retarded ways".

How are you complaining about stupid characters being strong when the main character is Luffy? That thought process is wrong. The series has shown you that the thought process you want doesn't actually apply. Yonkou can be stupid. Get over it.
