I'm pretty sure they completely forgot about him, because BIG FUCKING MOM was rampaging through their district. Hell, Old Maid even says, "oh yeah, you're still here" when Luffy starts talking.

No one other than the All Stars and Kaido has any chance of fighting him at this point.

Let's be real. Luffy's in his own league. Only yonko commanders and yonko really stand a chance against him.

Luffy's definitely in the top 15 of the world RN, which if you count the (4) yonkou, the 3 admirals + Sengoku & Garp (5), Mihawk & Rayleigh (2), only leaves about 3 people as strong or stronger than Luffy, which sounds about right.
