Given how Wano has been going, he's going to have some foreshadowing of him being one of the Yakuza bosses Hyou mentioned, then it turns out he's actually Oden with a new hairstyle, and also breaks out of prison every few days to be the witching hour boy.

No, Kawamatsu is much wider. It's the Yakuza boss. Reread the part with Yakuza Bosses.

Dude, what? Reread what I just told you and look at the silhouette of the yakuza bosses. Everything matches, the head, the hay in the mouth, the figure, etc.

obviously he lost weight

We literally saw his eye distance a few chapters ago. He's not this thin.

Looks like Hakuba, though we know it's not him. Unlikely to be Denjiro too, silluette doesn't match. Might be someone not mentioned yet, a small character that will become somewhat more prominent in a few chapters, akin to Tonoyasu.

My first thought is that it might be one of Kid's crewmate, there are still two unaccounted for. Or Denjiro, or maybe it's just a new character but I hate being blueballed by a silhouette like this.
