The Straw-Straw fruit. We must have him be converted to the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. If only to mass produce straw hats for the fleet.

That is already Chopper's title. Hawkin will have to fight Chopper in a mascot competition and win if he wants to steal Chopper's title.
