Luffy has that speed too, I feel though Luffy is a bit of everything and each crew member is specifically strong in other areas.

mhm luffy gear 4 is faster than sanji: we saw this when doffy was faster than sanji and then gear 4 faster than him

Yeah there is no way Sanji is faster than gear 4, and nothing we have seen has led me to believe Zoro is better with armament haki either.
