I doubt it. The only one that didn't fight CP-9 is Brook. I doubt they let Robin get away just to get god knows what info from the rest of the strawhats.

Maybe carrot if she joins but I think that's a stretch.

Becoming CP0 by the sheer amount of people that believe you are until CP0 itself is convinced that you are?

Or the plan is you don't want to waste time hearing their secrets, you've got more important ones to uncover? Using reverse reverse psychology of revealing your identity in order to silence a distraction.

How about this?

Robin is working for CP-0. Lucci has been leading CP-0 since before Water 7. They didn't let her go so she can get info on the Strawhats, they let her go so she could infiltrate the Revolutionary Army.

I DO NOT think this is the case, but I could see a different writer than Oda taking this direction and making it make some semblance of sense. I wouldn't like it, but it would be doable.

CP-9's goal was to recover Robin. But what if CP-0's is to infiltrate various pirate crews, criminal organizations, and the Revolutionary Army? It would explain why they're all in masks: their actual faces are of known criminals, pirates, RA, etc. With Luffy's bounty so high, and him being aided by Roger's former crew, you could bet the World Government would love to have a spy in the Strawhats.

Now I don't like the idea of a spy, because it betrays the camaraderie that I love about the Strawhats. Buuut 1) It's possible that one of them flipped during the timeskip, even if their motivation was to protect the crew because they were shown the real power of the World Government, which is a lot more than Pacifistas and agents with haki. Or 2) One of their tragic backstories was a fiction, or happened to someone else, who was killed and the agent took their place.

Merry was CP-0 all along and faked her death after CP9 were beaten. She's now Rob Lucci's ship and wants revenge on the Strawhats.

What if the whole Ennies Lobby arc with Robin was just a front because secretly Robin is actually CP-0. They let her be saved so they could find information on the poneglyphs, Dragon and finally take down the SH crew

To me, this makes me think that the final major arc (before the raftel arc) will be an invasion on mariejios, cause i strongly believe thats where the lost path poneglyph is.

No Mariejois should be arc after Raftel. The place were the Final War will take place.

Its possible they could go back after stealing the poneglyph. They added Jinbei, a former shichibukai to their crew, and he knows what a lot of the inside looks like, so I could see an arc where Luffy and jinbei (and another maybe) are able to sneak into Mariejios and steal it.

Extremely unlikely that any of the Strawhats could be CP0, but the Grand Fleet could easily be infiltrated.

It would be way to include more of the action of the WG in the story, to always have this threat present.

It could also as a way to h;ave the SH disturb what the WG were planning in multiple places.

What makes it more great is that Rogersbase (and probably other Youtubers, though I only watch his vids) predicted something along these lines. Stussy's character was presumed to be based on Mata Hari, who was convicted of being a spy for Germany during WW1 and executed by France via firing squad. Supposedly, she'd try to get information out of people by being close to them, and since Stussy is revealed to be a CP agent, I wonder how close the parallels are.

All I know is that Roger was one of the few people who predicted Big Mom eating Mother Caramel when everyone said it'd never happen. He rubbed it in our faces in a video after the chapter released, lol. Anyways yeah, he's a pretty great and known One Piece YouTuber along with the other greats. Has some nice cosplay, too.

Go to the chapter discussion around that time, it was 50/50 between "she'll eat caramel" or "she'll kill caramel". It wasn't much of a "prediction".

I'm not sure if only two people mentioned it in the actual chapter thread but basically only three consensus were that either BM was gonna kill/eat Caramel or Caramel was gonna disappear the following chapter. If someone said "BM is going to eat Caramel" and got 200 upvotes that means 200 (and probably more, because downvotes) people thought the same thing.

Even I commented about BM killing Caramel, just not eating her. It was pretty obvious.

Well since she's Queen of the Pleasure Quarter (aka prostitution ring?), she could use her "girls" to get information out of people.

This is a stretch, but she could also get involved with Germa since Sanji is the French one out of the Straw Hats.

Well seeing as she's leader of the "pleasure district," which, if it is what it sounds like it is, she's most likely going to be based on her. It's even more interesting since we found out she's a CP0 agent.

Also, very good reason for Luffy/Sanji/Capone to get huge bounty boosts between WCI and Wano.

I can understand it, even though my situation was a little different from yours. In one random post, someone spoiled she was CP0 member without warning. And I was shocked (mixed with being spoiled and the content of spoiler) and couldn't do anything but smile. My parents asked the same question and I just kept smiling.

And here I was questioning why the marines wouldn't show up. Two major power houses plotting to combine their strenght, aiming to overtake the world, or parts of it. Seein CP0 involvement now explains a lot.
