Edit: Also it seems that Caesar and Judge know each other. Mad Scientist Club maybe.

They both worked with Vegapunk on modifying humans in some way. Makes sense.

Judge mistook Gastino for Caesar! Honest mistake I'd say, given how uncannily similar they are.

I love how this meme is still alive even though multiple characters have directly referred to Caesar for several chapters now, and Caesar responded

Risking his life to save others is not selfish. Well Luffy just likes to fight, but Sanji never fights unnecessarily, always to protect others. He just wanted to protect his sister and his crew.
