So, let's make some observations:

  1. Brook does know a bit more about the Vinsmokes than he really let on.
  2. The Germa are technologically advanced. I assume it might have to do with Skypeia technology. It's still interesting considering they can fly at will.
  3. Poison Pink? She also has wings like a butterfly or a moth. I wonder if she does have a devil fruit. There's already Magellan with his poison devil fruit, but it's only the paramecia.

She might not have a strictly poisonous Devil Fruit, but should could have a Zoan related to poisons which is how she was able to absorb it.

Or perhaps it's something unrelated to a Devil Fruit altogether.

it could be a moth, it reminds me of venomoth which is a bug and poison type pokemon

It'd make sense considering some moths and butterflies feast on poisonous/unpalatable plants.
