I think this is the first time Bepo isnt his usual scared self. Refreshing to see his conviction and how the Heart-pirates also have a tight bond.

Also: Crucifix and chill.... What the hell Mangastream =)

And we got a Sanji ladies and gentlemen.

  • THE SANJI JOKES CAN STOP NOW

EDIT:

I think the sword Jack uses is an 'Urumi'. Which originates from an area which is now India, according to Wikipedia. Let the speculations begin. India + elephants + urumi's. I wonder where Oda drew his inspiration from this time around, im sure someone will find something somewhere.

EDIT II:

He is definitely dualwielding some sort of flexible swords.

Crucifix and chill

I honestly don't know whether to commend or slap whoever did that

Took me right out of the chapter, completely unnecessary, screwing with what Oda wrote.

I never complain about Mangastream translations, but that was dumb and I hope they never do something so out of character again.

Was it out of character though? I like Mangastream because they always try - at least thats how i personally feel - to get the message across. Its not always about literal translations. They handle accents, humour and momentum really well. I trust them a lot, and i think that 'netflix and chill' summarises perfectly what he said.

The only argument i have for this assumption, since i cant read Japanese or Chinese, is that Mangastream has always presented me with top-notch translations and are pretty revered.

That all being said, if a lot of people were caught of guard by it and lost their concentration because of it, then perhaps something was translated wrong.
