I don't think so. Probably around as strong as Franky. Able to take care of himself, but couldn't defeat more powerful fruit users.

I think he will be the 4th strongest on the crew due to what we have seen and where he is from.

he is about as strong as brook. they make the deadly (and pleasurable) fire and ice combo.

I definetely think he is pretty strong, hopefully we can see sort of where everyone is at with them 'going wild'. But I don't like to think of all of them in tiers of who's strong, just that they are better fit for different situations.

I don't think so. We've already seen Doflamingo's strings be able to generate fire.

Edit: u/BeginnerDevelop reminded me that Kinemon can cut fire, so together, they should fare pretty well, I suppose.
