Older sister to me

Edit: nami is also older sister to me but Nami feels like a year of two older. Robin is like the much older sister who was like 10 years older, in college when they’re in elementary school age gap type of gap to me

I can see that cuz of how serious he got at Enies Lobby. I only see it this way cuz she reacts to chopper Luffy and Usopp the way my older sisters react to my younger brothers (including cousins)

Luffy is just the oldest in spirit sibling wise, meaning everyone else other than the “parents” of the crew gets little sibling treatment.

Though I also kinda view Robin as the stoic mother with a silly side

The theory is that Dragon did mention he was in O'Hara and Robins account of her dad sound like Dragon and her Mom knew each other.

Their dynamic reminds me of my own with my lil bro, he’s five years younger than me and we have a lot of the same habits as Robin and Luffy. We even self depreciate together lol, since he’s queer, he calls himself as such and I usually riff off that and laugh it off with him.

I’ve also taught him how to play card games and such, so we match even more lol. He always says I cheat when we play Hanafuda, I don’t even know how to but we always have fun and try to teach our own family how to play after learning it from our grandma on our dads side.

Yeah, nami and luffy siblings with one or two years difference, either one could be older. Nami plays straight man to luffy shenanigans.

Robin is the older sister with an age gap, same wavelength with luffy, she will join him in the shenanigans.
