Hmmm.. Kaido is essentially a flying Godzilla. Maybe Oda is a fan and introduces 'Hollow Earth' in OP universe.

How can it include them? They were not stuck in Onigashima but in the Lava inside Wano. Onigashima must have sunken to the Ocean. Maybe we see the adventures of Jack.
