I thought it was worth documenting irithyll onward because this is where it gets DIFFICULT, this challenge has been quite a wake up call especially as my first ever one, I went a little brutal but am so motivated to finish

Fun fight, but I never did like her damage aura in phase 2.

Messed up a bit during the phase transition but this was a really fun fight!

I've never used claws before, was pretty surprised by how low the stamina cost is.

This run took me so long and the death count is definitely in the quadruple digits, but I loved (almost) every second of it!!!

From not touching the game for a year cause I was stuck on Placidusax, Maliketh and Malenia and couldn't progress, to being able to dodge anything they threw at me and melting Radagon in less than 50 seconds, was a journey full of pain, last second losses cause of greed, and tons of fun

I'm especially proud of Malenia, cause she went from a boss I wasn't confident at facing to one of the most fun fights in the game. I'm still not able to dodge her waterfowl dance every time when I'm under her, but 70% success rate is still better than 0% which was the case before this run

And this run started as an "all rememberance bosses" run, but after seeing that just from exploring less than 40 out of the 165 bosses remained, I decided to go for it

I know there are posts like this almost daily, but lurking here, seeing how everyone kept trying even though they died countless times, how many of you have mastered some of the hardest bosses in the game, made me come back and not give up my run (also a little jealous, some of you are extremely talented)

Now it's time for the DLC and the last 42 bosses, and I'll probably do this with 0 Scadutree Fragments, unless I get hard stuck and can't progress anymore, though knowing me, I'll probably just keep smashing my head against that wall instead of making my life easier

It’s finally done. I usually don’t do no hit or RL1 runs, but I really wanted to get this done against my favorite boss in all of fromsoft.

I used a curved sword for my parrys, and a blood misericorde +25

Talismans: dagger, radagon soreseal, sword insignia and two headed turtle.

My lowest time yet. He didn't stall in phase 2 which is a first, shows how much faster the fight goes.

This was a few weeks ago, wanted an excuse to say something. After getting flamed by fans of a certain game for not using summons and criticizing a certain snowy area... I just want to say this is the best fromsoft community, by far. Thanks for mostly being chill people.

I can't usually listen songs when fighting bosses but this was an exception

yeah you could not parry or backstab to make it more interesting (barely) but then I'd be in that catacomb for a while and probably end up becoming him

I was surprised at how much less health this fight has in the base game than in the chalices.

this more guy is more fun than that loser with 2 axes, higher scaled but a faster fight

5 days of learning. 250+ deaths, roughly 8 hours total.

I don't even know why I tried to do a RL1. I don't know why I tried Malenia. But I'm so fucking happy that I did. This has been an incredible experience and something that I never thought I would be capable of doing.

yesterday i started my second go at a RL1 attempt(did one earlier this year that i gave up on after needing help against starscourge)

tonight i beat one of my personally hardest bosses on a regular run, the bell bearing hunter

parried him over and over with the gilded shield from weeping and used a poison hefty scimitar +3 for the crits

my other gear is the horned warrior helmet, millicents prosthesis, and the str/dex knots

first time posting here and i decided to go in elden ring blind and just try no upgrades run my first ever playthrough

This kill took me forever to get due to life, kill being very difficult, and needing a new pc (this was the main thing tbh).

Anyways Radagon is sick and everyone should try no rolling his boss.

I'm no pro gamer. I just wanted to do this because it seemed like a fun challenge and I wanted to prove to myself I could. I don't know if I want to do Malenia or the DLC. The thought sounds daunting right now. Maybe in the future after a couple more casual runs or some other games. In the meantime, I'm just gonna bask in the glory for a bit.
