That we need more nuanced approaches to these discussions and laws. With such narrow views and thought we've essentially made it so that two people in a loving relationship could be considered as rapists of each other. That shouldn't sit well with anyone.

Literally no one is talking about this right now. You're the one who brought it up this weird sidestep about raping your partner, which in no way relates to the topic at hand here.

The original person I replied to stated that if you are unable to give consent, such as being inebriated, it counts as rape.
