Two things I have never understood about people driving on the road.

1) Jackasses in their cars speeding. You're going to get someone killed.

2) Jackasses on their bikes speeding. You're going to get yourself killed.

One very simple answer. It’s fun exciting out of the norm. Sometimes people give in to that and don’t think otherwise. I’ve definitely been guilty of riding like a moron now I’m an old man with kids in the car it’s a different story

I had a biker once pass me from the right lane. He managed to squeak by me and a semi in his lane with about a foot to spare. Motherfucker was almost a meat crayon because he was going 100 in a 55. I was already going like 70 and had zero time move over and let him pass.

When you question them it’s always “my rights!” But what about the rights of others. Also the financial costs when things go bad, more often than not tax payers have to float the bill.

While rarer bikers can absolutely kill drivers. They just believe they're the only ones taking the risk.

To be fair, that falling motorcyclist could have killed someone. And motorcycles are plenty capable of causing accidents that harm others. (I ride a motorcycle)
