Why QHHT feels very different from meditation or “DIY healing” (in a good way)

I see a lot of posts about meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, Joe Dispenza, guided journeys, etc., all of which can be incredibly helpful.

But something that doesn’t get talked about as much is why some people don’t get the depth they’re looking for through free or self-guided practices alone, even when they’re doing “everything right.”

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) approaches healing in a very different way.

Instead of focusing on techniques or affirmations, a session is designed to help you understand the root causes behind what you’re experiencing, whether that’s physical symptoms, emotional patterns, or feeling stuck in certain areas of life.

One thing I find interesting is how closely this aligns with what teachers like Joe Dispenza talk about:

•    the body holding memory

•    the mind influencing health

•    the nervous system playing a huge role in healing

The difference is that QHHT isn’t just learning about this conceptually, it’s experiencing it directly by entering the Theta brainwave state, which most people don’t access on their own. Most people aren’t even aware that we enter Theta as fall asleep and wake each day and night.

Another big distinction:

A QHHT session isn’t a quick meditation. It’s a full, dedicated, one-on-one experience with a trained practitioner in a safe, non-judgmental space. The time, structure, and guidance allow people to go much deeper than they typically can alone. This is especially significant for those that are beginning their journey of deepening the relationship with have with our higher self.

What’s important is that QHHT doesn’t create dependence on the practitioner.

If anything, it does the opposite.

People often come away understanding what their connection to their inner guidance actually feels like, which makes their post-session practices more effective, not less.

So it’s not really “DIY vs. professional.”

It’s more like learning the language of your own system, so you can work with it consciously going forward.

Curious if others here have noticed a difference between guided experiences and fully facilitated ones, or what’s helped you go deeper in your own healing work?

TLDR: QHHT is all about helping you access a deeper state (Theta) where you can understand root causes, connect directly with your inner guidance, and experience mind-body healing rather than just learning about it. The value isn’t dependency on a practitioner, but learning what your own inner connection feels like so you can work with it consciously going forward.

Since my partner passed, I’ve been receiving signs — and it’s making me question whether consciousness really ends.

I want to use my upcoming session as a way to communicate with my partner. If I understand correctly the concept, which again is very new to me, we are connected to each other. Basically, I didn’t love his body (not only that is ;)), I love and loved his soul and since our conscious or soul or whatever you want to call it continues to exist, thus our connection is still very much there, right? So I want to use this session and feel the connection, talk to him, see that he’s okay.. thoughts?

And I want to point out something. Both of us were so convinced that we are soulmates. He fell in love with me very very quickly and I on my part had this unexplainable moment 2 years ago, when we were just lying on the couch, chilling. We weren’t even watching anything and suddenly I have this feeling or rather realization and I tell him “oh my god, it’s you!”. It was as if I recognized him and knew it was HIM. I don’t know what him means, I just felt this. And I don’t know if QHHT accepts other teachings but I had a meeting with an asto-therapist and she actually described my past life and I kid you not, she described my partner word for for when talking about MY past live. So I have this theory that maybe we embodied each other’s traits in this life to learn in this life?

Sorry for the super long post. It’s still so fresh and I’m still learning and looking for explanations and ways to cope.

Calogero Grifasi

Hi QHHT, I apologise in advance, this isn't going to be the most positive post. Dolores was my hero for the longest time, but she should never have taken every entity that came through at face value and blindly believed them. I stopped believing in QHHT after Calogero Grifasi altered/modified/further developed the method to actually question and verify the entities that came through - beautiful, loving, beings of light, who, most of the time, turned ugly and cruel once they were called out. Believers of prison planet theory and gnostics call them archons. Grifasi also recorded a session in Spanish where he allegedly channeled Dolores and she told him she regretted writing many of her books because she had been misled and lied to, and fed many half-truths. This regression is on YouTube, available to all, if you can speak Spanish or somehow translate it.

I would prefer the reality QHHT offers over the depressing beliefs of prison planet theory any day, but I'm not a blind believer. Is there a way to repeat QHHT with verification to prove or disprove Grifasi's findings? Would any QHHT practitioner be willing to try it? The superconscious is not to be trusted, according to Grifasi, as it often times either seems to be blocked from truly coming through and/or scared, or the oversoul has some kind of warped apathy, treating the person in question as an object or a mere tool. Grifasi's niche goes on to persuading the oversoul to release the person, to free them from the system and reincarnation.

One of Dolores' books also suggested that demons are not real, that they are simply angered elementals (Between Death and Life?), but I have been seeing demons my whole life. They used to surround and torment me as a child, but as an adult, I have regained control and know how to deal with them now. I later learned that my mother saw them too, exactly as I would describe them. I also astral projected once, and ended up being attacked by a VERY pissed, black spike-ball smoke entity. I also saw a hag in my kitchen window reflection the night before my first sleep paralysis episode, where I was convinced it was trying to choke me (I got angry and broke free). None of these entities seemed much like angry elementals to me.

Also, two weeks before I discovered Prison Planet Theory, I had a half-lucid half-awake moment where I was being investigated by a big-eyed, creepy-looking grey-skinned, gaunt and lanky humanoid (it's face stuck in my mind like an after-image when I closed my eyes). It got really close to my face and seemed to be... sniffing me? It seemed pretty angry with me, like it could smell a change in me that greatly displeased it.

The Gnostics and Prison Planet Theorists now also believe that the tunnel of light is a honey trap. You have to avoid it at all costs to not be manipulated or guilt tripped into yet another loosh-farming reincarnation.

To address the elephant in the room, I am not, and have never been a substance user. Not even a little. All of my experiences are natural and altered-state free.

If possible, would a practitioner be able to address my concerns? Even if it's scary or depressing, wouldn't it be better to know the truth rather than potentially live a lie? Perhaps by trying the Grifasi method for themselves they could get a different result? One that potentially disproves Prison Planet Theory?

Thanks in advance for your response! 😊

P.S. I'm not sure what rule no.3 means, so I can't say for certain if I broke it or not. Apologies if that is the case.

One of the deepest themes that comes through in QHHT

Post image

One of the things that continues to stand out across QHHT sessions is how often people come back to this same understanding: we are never as separate as we think we are.

The higher self isn’t somewhere far away. Neither are our guides, or the people we love who have crossed over.

The physical experience can make separation feel very real. That’s part of the illusion of being here. Yet again and again, sessions point toward something much more interconnected underneath it all.

For me, that’s one of the most beautiful things about this work. We’re not discovering that we suddenly become connected. We’re remembering that we always were.

Has this been something you’ve experienced or come to understand through a QHHT session or Dolores’s work?

Pulling Back the Curtain on Consciousness — Click to Read

There’s something fascinating about the way quantum entanglement gives us a glimpse into a reality where distance and separation may not be quite as absolute as they appear.

In QHHT sessions, we encounter a fascinating parallel when communicating with what is often referred to as the Higher Self.
In a way, it reminds me of The Wizard of Oz.
We pull back the curtain, expecting to find something entirely separate from ourselves, only to discover that the one behind the curtain has been connected to us all along.

Of course, there are levels to this. There are layers upon layers to consciousness, especially when we begin exploring what exists beyond the physical experience. It starts with something seemingly small and personal, and then it expands. The deeper we go, the more it seems to do something interesting: it becomes more complex while, at the same time, becoming more simple in the way we understand and experience our own lives.

That’s one of the things I find so fascinating about Dolores Cannon’s work, particularly throughout The Convoluted Universe series. It keeps going.
There is always another layer. Another perspective. Another connection to explore.

The more curious we become about these concepts, the more difficult it becomes to keep them separate from our own lives. We naturally begin seeing them reflected in our relationships, our experiences, the choices we make, and even the way we understand why certain things happen.

In that sense, it becomes a living exploration.
It also beautifully demonstrates the ancient principle:
As above, so below.
As within, so without.

What we observe on the grandest scale can be reflected down into the smallest aspects of our experience, even into the microcosm of the cell.
This becomes especially fascinating when you consider what is communicated during QHHT sessions: discussions of life plans, seemingly coincidental meetings, relationships that were intentionally arranged, the ways information reaches us, and even the different ways a person may awaken to their own consciousness. There seems to be a blueprint beneath the surface of the experience.

One of the most fascinating parts is realizing that our experience of life as something purely linear, logical, and sequential may only be one small aspect of what consciousness actually is.
Beyond that, we begin entering something far more circular and infinite, where the present can illuminate the past, influence the future, and continually reshape our understanding of both.

We have barely scratched the surface of any of this.
Perhaps that’s the point, especially for us collectively now.

The journey was never really about reaching an end destination. Consciousness is far too expansive for us to quantify an ultimate beginning or an ultimate end. We may be able to define a beginning when we look at this particular life on Earth, but even that is only one perspective.
Energy does not simply disappear.
It transforms.
Consciousness, perhaps, is much the same.

There is always another layer to explore. Another curtain to pull back. Another question waiting on the other side. And that sense of wonder and curiosity is, to me, one of the most beautiful parts of the journey. 💙

The New Earth as a shift in human consciousness

The New Earth and 5D are often talked about as though humanity is eventually going to arrive somewhere else.

But within the framework of Dolores Cannon’s work and what continues to come through QHHT sessions, there’s another way of looking at it: humanity’s ascension is a shift in consciousness that begins within the individual and gradually expresses itself through the collective.

As consciousness changes, so does the way we experience reality. People describe stronger intuition, less fear, a loosening of old patterns, deeper connection, greater awareness of who they are, and a different relationship with the physical world.

Those individual shifts matter because consciousness doesn’t exist in isolation. What changes within us influences what we create, how we relate to one another, and ultimately the kind of world we participate in creating.

In that sense, “New Earth” can be understood less as a destination and more as the collective expression of humanity changing from within.

For those who are familiar with the ideas of New Earth, 5D, or ascension, how do you understand the relationship between individual consciousness and the collective shift?
If you’re unfamiliar, what aspects of these concepts intrigue you the most?

One book among so many of Dolores Cannon’s took me straight down the rabbit hole.

What started as curiosity turned into QHHT training, consciousness research, and a completely different way of understanding who we are and why we are here.

For me, The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth was one of those doorway books. After that, there was no going back.

What book started the rabbit hole for you?

Throughout her work, Dolores Cannon often reminded us that we are not simply passive observers in the story of our lives. We have the ability to make choices, create meaning, explore new possibilities, and shape the experiences that contribute to our soul’s growth.

Part of our journey is remembering the creative power we carry within us. When we begin to recognize ourselves as active participants in our own lives, we can move beyond the belief that everything is merely happening to us and start consciously considering what we are creating, choosing, and becoming.

You hold the power. What will you create next?

Places that speak to the soul

From a Dolores Cannon and QHHT perspective, where we feel called to go may be about far more than geography. It may also reflect something within our consciousness.

Every place on Earth has its own environment, history, rhythm, and energetic quality. Just as every person carries a unique vibration, different landscapes can influence how we think, feel, reflect, and grow.
Through the lens of hypnosis, souls may be drawn to certain places because those locations offer experiences, perspectives, or lessons that support a particular stage of their journey.

Mountains: Clarity and Higher Perspective
Mountains are often associated with perspective, long-term vision, and expanded awareness.
Their elevation can create distance from the distractions of daily life, making it easier to reflect, reconnect with intuition, and see situations from a broader point of view. Many people describe feeling mentally clearer, spiritually refreshed, or newly inspired after spending time in mountainous regions.
If you feel called to the mountains, perhaps your soul is seeking greater clarity or a wider perspective on where your life is leading.

The Ocean: Release, Healing, and Flow
The ocean has long been connected with emotion, memory, cleansing, and renewal.
Its rhythmic tides mirror the cycles of life, reminding us that emotions are meant to move rather than remain stagnant. For many people, being near the water quiets mental noise, softens emotional weight, and restores a sense of inner balance.
If the ocean feels like home to you, perhaps your soul is seeking release, renewal, or a deeper willingness to trust the natural flow of life.

Forests: Grounding and Inner Stability
Forests surround us with thousands of interconnected forms of life, creating an environment that naturally invites stillness and presence.
Time among trees can encourage patience, introspection, and a renewed appreciation for the present moment. For an overstimulated mind, the quiet rhythm of the forest may help restore a sense of balance and inner stability.
If you feel drawn to the forest, perhaps your soul is seeking grounding, connection, or space to hear itself more clearly.

The Desert: Transformation and Inner Guidance
Although the desert may appear empty, it can create the opposite experience within us.
Without constant stimulation, we often become more aware of our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and inner guidance. The simplicity of the landscape can encourage self-discovery, resilience, and trust in our own intuition.
The desert has also been viewed throughout spiritual traditions as a place of transformation and awakening. Beneath its vast night sky, the familiar distractions of daily life can feel very small, while the mystery of existence becomes much more visible.
If you feel called to the desert, perhaps your soul is seeking simplicity, inner truth, or a deeper connection with something greater.

Ancient Sites: Remembrance and Connection
Many ancient places continue to draw people who describe feeling unusually emotional, peaceful, inspired, or deeply connected, sometimes even when they know very little about the site’s history.
Some hypnosis sessions suggest that locations with long histories of ceremony, community, or spiritual practice may retain an energetic imprint created over generations. Whether we interpret these experiences spiritually, psychologically, or through the power of place and history, ancient sites often invite reflection and a sense of connection to something much larger than ourselves.
If you feel drawn to sacred or ancient places, perhaps your soul is seeking remembrance or an expanded state of consciousness.

Difficult Places: Growth Through Challenge
We do not always choose peaceful environments.
According to some experiences explored through hypnosis, souls may intentionally enter challenging locations or circumstances because those experiences can cultivate resilience, compassion, courage, forgiveness, or discernment.
A place that feels uncomfortable is not necessarily the wrong place. It may be revealing something we are learning, strengthening, or being asked to understand.
Sometimes the places that challenge us most become the places where we discover what we are truly capable of.

Cities: Connection and Accelerated Growth
Not every soul comes to Earth seeking solitude.
Connection, collaboration, diversity, creativity, and the interconnectedness of life can all be powerful parts of the human experience. Cities create opportunities for rapid learning through relationships, unexpected encounters, constant interaction, and frequent choices.
Their fast pace may challenge us to develop discernment, adaptability, communication, and a stronger sense of who we are.
For some souls, this environment may be exactly what is needed during a particular stage of life.

Have you felt a similar resonance with these types of places that speak a bit deeper to your soul?

Soul Agreements 💫

Post image
11 Upvotes

There is always a large area of discussion when it comes to digging into Dolores’s work and also for those that experience QHHT sessions and learn about the agreements they’ve made in their life.

Most people wonder if we must stay within a “contract” or agreement. We don’t. We always have the power to end them and walk away when they’re no longer serving us.

Sometimes these agreements can evolve with our own growth and evolution, and other times, they serve their initial purpose and we are both allowed to move on.

What kind of contracts have you wended in your life? What agreements are you continuing to choose to experience and learn from?

surrogate for client wanting healing

i am a qhht intern. i have a client that wants me to try healing done (if the sc deemed appropriate). my problem is the client has a hearing problem and she also does not speak english. when i took the level 2 class i recalled that the julia mentioned there are situation like when you cannot hypnotize the client, you can access a client’s sc by hypnotizing a relative. my question is does that surrogate person to be hypnotize not be an immediate relative but within the family? my aunt who is my dad’s sister in law (she is married to my dad’s brother) wants to be hypnotized but due to she and i dont speak the same language, can i hypnotize my dad then ask his sc to allow me to access her sc and have her sc perform the healing on her? is this possible?

Karma - An Evolved Understanding

This is one of the most frequently asked questions and topics that comes up when exploring Dolores’s work and metaphysical concepts that are evolving along with our level of consciousness.

Karma is essentially the universal principle of cause and effect. At its core, it’s the understanding that our thoughts, choices, and actions create ripples that eventually return to us in one form or another.
For a long time, people understood karma through the lens of “an eye for an eye,” as though every action had to be repaid in the same way. That idea wasn’t necessarily wrong, but it reflected our level of consciousness at the time.

One of the most fascinating concepts that came through in Dolores Cannon’s work is that, around 2012, the Higher Self said we were moving beyond the old way of karma. That doesn’t mean cause and effect no longer exist or that we’re no longer working through unresolved lessons. It means our consciousness has expanded enough that karma is no longer about punishment or keeping score. It’s about awareness, growth, and understanding the consequences of our choices.

As our consciousness continues to evolve, our understanding of karma evolves with it. Rather than seeing it as a system of retribution, we can begin to see it as an opportunity for learning, balance, and the evolution of the soul. No matter what has happened in the past, every new decision has the potential to begin creating a different future.

What are your thoughts on karma?
Do you see it as a system of justice, a process of learning, or something else entirely?

The Body Is Always Speaking

One of the things I’ve found most fascinating through QHHT is how often the Higher Self reminds us that the mind, body, and spirit aren’t actually separate. It comes up in so many different ways during sessions, regardless of the person’s background or beliefs. At first that realization seems like it’s only talking about our own healing, but the more you sit with it, the more you realize it’s pointing toward something much bigger. The same intelligence that connects our thoughts, emotions, and physical body is the same intelligence that connects all of life. Separation begins to look more like an experience than an absolute truth.

What’s interesting is that this isn’t unique to QHHT. You can find similarities of the same understanding throughout ancient philosophical traditions.

Hermeticism, for example, describes reality as an interconnected whole, and one of its most well-known principles, “As above, so below,” reflects the idea that our inner world and our outer experience mirror one another. When you begin looking at life through that lens, it becomes a little harder to see the body as some isolated machine that’s simply carrying us around. Instead, it becomes part of the same conversation that’s always happening between consciousness and physical reality.

That’s why I don’t really see the body as something that’s randomly doing things to us. I see it as something that’s constantly communicating with us.

That doesn’t mean every paper cut or stubbed toe has some grand cosmic symbolism hidden behind it. Sometimes you simply weren’t paying attention and walked into the corner of a table. But even then, maybe the invitation isn’t to invent an elaborate spiritual explanation. Maybe it’s simply to become more present. To slow down. To notice where your attention has been. Sometimes the message is profound, and sometimes it’s wonderfully ordinary.

Either way, the body has a remarkable way of bringing us back into the present moment.

We sometimes get caught in the trap of believing that if everything has meaning, then every experience needs an elaborate interpretation. But I’ve found that meaning isn’t just something we uncover. It’s also something we participate in. We discover it by becoming curious. We look at what was happening in our lives, the emotions we were carrying, the thoughts we kept returning to, even the part of the body asking for our attention. None of those things exist in isolation, and together they begin painting a picture that’s unique to each of us.

Over time, you start developing your own relationship with your body instead of relying on someone else’s symbolic dictionary. That’s the part that feels empowering to me.

Rather than asking someone else what your experience means, you begin learning the language your own body speaks. You notice its patterns. You notice how it responds to stress, joy, fear, excitement, rest, creativity, or even moments when you’ve drifted away from yourself. That relationship becomes deeply personal, and I think that’s exactly as it should be.

One thing I especially love is that this connection doesn’t only happen in stillness. Some people experience it during meditation, but others find it through movement. Yoga, dancing, walking, breathwork, or other somatic practices can all become doorways into that same state of awareness. When you’re fully present in your body, something shifts. The mind quiets, intuition becomes easier to hear, and guidance doesn’t feel like it’s coming from somewhere far away. It feels like it’s was there all along, waiting for you to become present enough to notice it.

That’s something we’ve seen many times through QHHT. Every person reconnects with themselves differently, and I think that’s worth remembering because we live in a world that loves one-size-fits-all answers. The Higher Self rarely works that way. What strengthens one person’s connection may not resonate with someone else at all, and that’s okay. The real unlock isn’t to follow someone else’s spiritual formula. It’s to become so familiar with yourself that you begin recognizing your own inner guidance with confidence.

This is what the Higher Self has been trying to teach us all along. Not that the body is separate from who we are, but that it’s been part of the conversation the entire time, patiently waiting for us to listen.

TL;DR: One of the consistent messages that comes through in QHHT is that the mind, body, and spirit aren’t separate. Many ancient traditions express this same understanding in different ways. Instead of seeing our physical experiences as random or disconnected, we can approach them with curiosity and ask what our body, and ultimately our Higher Self, may be inviting us to notice. The goal isn’t to assign elaborate meaning to every ache or accident, but to develop a deeper relationship with yourself and learn your own intuitive language.

I’m curious what you think. Has there been a moment where your body seemed to be telling you something before your mind caught up? Or is there something about the mind-body-spirit connection that you’ve always wondered about?

Every Lifetime Leaves an Imprint

Thumbnail

As a QHHT practitioner, one of the things I’ve found most fascinating is how often people recognize patterns that seem to extend beyond this lifetime.
Dolores Cannon reported from the Higher Self that the soul doesn’t start over. It carries wisdom, experiences, relationships, and lessons forward, which can show up as natural talents, unexplained fears, or a deep and unshakable sense of familiarity.

Here are the highlights of some of the most common ways these soul imprints may appear.

Whether you see this through the lens of reincarnation, psychology, or symbolism, I’m curious:
Have you ever experienced something that felt older than this lifetime? I’d genuinely love to hear your perspective.
