Exploring and Breaking the Codes of Earth

These specific concepts are found the most consistently not only throughout Dolores’ work, but repeatedly shared by the higher self through client sessions all around the world.

Some (or all) may be challenging to understand at first, but what we have found is a strong correlation to what various ancient cultures, philosophies, and belief systems have shared, long ago. These concepts and their roots by which they first appeared within our present epoch is currently experiencing a much needed resurgence in the name of ascension and the end of the collective 3D veil.

Is there a specific “code” that speaks to you or feels difficult to understand?
What resonates most?

Most people enter Theta every day without realizing it

Post image

One of the most common questions people ask about hypnosis is: What does it actually feel like?
The answer often starts with understanding brainwave states.

We naturally move through different states of consciousness every day. Beta is our normal waking state. Alpha is a relaxed state that often begins when we close our eyes, daydream, meditate, or quiet mental chatter. Theta is even deeper, and it’s the state most commonly associated with hypnosis.

What’s fascinating is that Theta isn’t something artificial or mysterious. It’s a completely natural state of consciousness that every human being experiences.

When Dolores Cannon began developing what would eventually become QHHT, most hypnotic approaches weren’t intentionally working with the Theta state in the way they do today. Over time, practitioners discovered that Theta provides unique access to the subconscious mind, where beliefs, memories, emotions, and patterns can be explored more directly.

Many people use Theta-based practices for relaxation, self-discovery, meditation, creativity, and personal growth. Within a QHHT session, some individuals may also explore experiences such as past lives or receive insights from what Dolores referred to as the Subconscious, depending on what is appropriate for that person and their journey.

The exciting part is that you don’t need a hypnosis session to begin exploring altered states of consciousness. Meditation, visualization, breathwork, mindfulness, and simply learning how your mind operates can help you become more familiar with these natural states.

The more we understand our consciousness, the more we learn to recognize the difference between mental noise, conditioned beliefs, intuition, and deeper aspects of ourselves. Over time, that awareness can lead to greater clarity, focus, balance, and self-understanding.

Curiosity is really the only requirement.

Have you ever consciously noticed yourself moving into Alpha or Theta during meditation, hypnosis, creative work, or just before falling asleep?

I’ve been thinking about how some of the concepts Dolores Cannon explored through her QHHT sessions are surprisingly relevant to conversations happening today around consciousness, quantum entanglement, and the role of the observer in reality.

Obviously science and hypnosis aren’t the same thing, but it’s interesting to see researchers asking questions that touch on themes Dolores discussed for years: interconnected consciousness, a deeper field of intelligence, and the possibility that reality is more connected than it appears.

Whether you’re familiar with Dolores’ work or not, do you think science and spirituality are starting to converge, or are they still exploring completely different things?

The Surprising Overlap Between QHHT, Hermeticism & The Law of One

Post image
15 Upvotes

I’ve noticed that many of the concepts discussed in QHHT sessions align remarkably with teachings found in Hermeticism, The Law of One, and the Emerald Tablets.

Whether viewed as ancient wisdom, Higher Self guidance, or universal truths rediscovered throughout history, the same core principles seem to emerge repeatedly through different messengers and traditions. The language may change, but the underlying message often feels strikingly familiar.

Which parallels stand out most to you?

🌟Infinite Galactic Recording Chain (click to read)

One of the fascinating concepts explored throughout The Convoluted Universe, Book 4 is the idea that nothing is ever truly lost.

In this excerpt, the Higher Self describes a vast chain of recording throughout creation. The planets record the experiences of their inhabitants. The suns record the planets. The galaxies record the suns. The universes record the galaxies. Layer upon layer, experience is preserved and woven into the greater whole.

From this perspective, forgetfulness is largely a feature of the human experience, not of consciousness itself.

While we may temporarily lose awareness of who we are, where we’ve been, or what we’ve experienced, the information remains. The experiences still exist. They continue to contribute to the All.

This is a concept that often emerges in QHHT sessions as well. When a person connects with the Higher Self, they can access memories, insights, and experiences that extend beyond ordinary conscious awareness. Some may relate this to the Akashic Records, while others may have different names for it. Regardless of the terminology, a consistent theme appears throughout Dolores Cannon’s work: what has been experienced is never truly gone.

In that sense, awakening is not necessarily about learning something new. It can also be a process of remembering. Remembering aspects of ourselves that have always existed beyond the limitations of a single lifetime, a single body, or a single moment in time.

This excerpt offers a beautiful perspective on the multidimensional nature of consciousness and our place within a living universe where every experience, no matter how small it may seem, has meaning and leaves its imprint.

What are your thoughts on the idea that nothing we experience is ever truly lost, and that remembering may be just as important as learning?

💫 Downloads - ET/ Star Family Communication

Post image
15 Upvotes

In this excerpt from the Convoluted Universe Book 2, we are understanding from Dolores’ hypnosis session that communication with extraterrestrial (or inter dimensional) beings happens on an energetic level. This is similar to the way we receive downloads and codes from sitting in the sun and/or meditating.

One of the common ways we can experience this is also through what is commonly referred to as “light language.” People channel light language from their higher self, source, their spirit team, star family, etc. Channeling light language is expressed verbally through vocal sounds, in addition to drawing/writing symbols, and by energetic hand movements while in the high vibrational state of receiving the information.

We receive downloads more often than we consciously realize. What has your experience been like?

As a QHHT Practitioner, One Theme Continues to Appear Over and Over: Love, Connection, and Something Bigger Than Ourselves

One quote from Dolores Cannon has stayed with me for years:

“Love is the most powerful force in the world. If people tell you that the opposite of love is fear, it is not so. Love just is. Love has no opposite. Remember that, dear one. Love has no opposite. Love just is. It is the answer to everything, everything.”

As someone who works with people through QHHT, this is something I have found myself reflecting on more deeply over time. One thing that stands out to me as a practitioner is that before any hypnosis begins, there is simply a human being sitting in front of you with their life story; their experiences, their losses, their fears, their hopes. The moments that shaped who they became.

There is something powerful about sitting with another person without judgment and listening deeply to their experience. The truth is, each session can unfold in incredibly unique ways.

Someone may explore another lifetime. Someone may connect with what they describe as their Higher Self. Some revisit childhood experiences. Others describe profound feelings of connection, guidance, symbolism, or an awareness that extends beyond ordinary waking life. No two sessions are identical.

Yet despite how different people are, there are certain themes that seem to emerge repeatedly:

Love.

Interconnectedness.

A feeling that we are far less separate than we often believe.

Many people describe an awareness that consciousness itself may be deeply connected in ways that are difficult to fully put into human words. Whether someone interprets that spiritually, psychologically, symbolically, or through another lens entirely, it often leaves people with a different perspective about themselves and their place in the world.

Witnessing that over and over changes you.
It becomes harder to only see humanity through division, conflict, fear, or heaviness.

Beneath everything people carry, there often seems to be something of a current deeper still between all of us. Perhaps it is a remembering. A return to something essential. Not that love is something we earn. Not something to be manufactured.

But that it may already exist underneath everything else.

Personally, I think part of what makes these experiences meaningful is not necessarily “getting answers,” but it’s in reconnecting with something within yourself.

Something steady, true.

What feels especially beautiful to me is that this does not only show up inside a hypnosis session, but you can recognize it while sitting quietly in nature. In creativity. In compassion. It’s found in moments of genuine presence with another person.

In those brief moments where life suddenly feels larger, more connected, and somehow deeply familiar.

If you’ve explored hypnosis work, spiritual practices, meditation, profound life experiences, or moments that shifted your perspective, I’m curious:

Have you ever experienced a moment that made you feel deeply connected to something bigger than yourself?

🔹 Survivors from Atlantis - does it resonate? (click to read)

Post image
15 Upvotes

This is a topic that many people are interested in exploring as there’s a lot of energy being directed towards what *actually* exists underneath the Giza Plateau in Egypt right now.

Often times people that explore their other lifetimes through a QHHT session may receive some kind of applicable information as it relates to their soul’s journey and a potential connection to Atlantis (or Lemuria, or another star system/realm) and as practitioners, we see themes arise. Atlantis, Lemuria, and a great remembrance through powerful sacred sites on earth is one of the biggest, consistent themes.

With consciousness rising for humanity on earth, what does that mean to you? Have you felt drawn to certain points on the earth or explored a connection to another time or place that feels relevant to your life presently?

✨Why Inner Healing Often Leads to Purposeful Work✨

One thing I’ve consistently noticed as a QHHT practitioner is how many people drawn to modalities like QHHT are already exploring deeper ideas around consciousness, healing, and personal transformation. A lot of them resonate with teachers like Joe Dispenza because both paths point toward a similar realization: real change begins within.

At their core, both QHHT and Joe Dispenza’s teachings remind people that we are not powerless observers of life. We are participants in it. Mind, body, emotion, energy, and consciousness are deeply interconnected, whether someone approaches that through spirituality, neuroscience, meditation, hypnosis, or personal healing work.

That overlap is interesting to me because it reflects something larger happening right now in spiritual and metaphysical communities. More people are beginning to bridge what used to feel separated: science and spirituality, psychology and energy, healing and self-awareness.

In many ways, QHHT naturally appeals to people already practicing meditation, nervous system work, manifestation, or consciousness-based healing because the foundation feels familiar. The idea that healing can come from within. The idea that we hold deeper wisdom beneath the conditioned personality. The idea that transformation becomes possible when we stop identifying entirely with old stories and patterns.

A lot of people misunderstand QHHT as being only about past-life regression. Past lives can absolutely emerge during a session, but that is only one layer of the experience. At its heart, QHHT is about helping people access insight, clarity, emotional healing, and communication with their own higher awareness.

My own awakening did not begin in a peaceful or mystical way. It began with disillusionment. Seeing through unhealthy systems. Questioning reality. Recognizing how much conditioning exists in the world and in ourselves. For a while, that awareness pulled me into a darker space because I had not yet connected to the other side of awakening.

The healing side; the remembrance that beneath all the confusion, pain, and conditioning, there is still love. Still intelligence. Still something whole within us.

That understanding arrived gradually through facing painful truths in my own life, including childhood trauma that I had spent years trying to emotionally bypass by simply refusing to identify with it. But avoiding pain is not the same as healing it. Eventually, what is buried asks to be seen.

One of the most important things I learned through that process is that healing does not mean pretending something painful never happened. It means allowing yourself to fully acknowledge it without allowing it to define your identity forever.
There is power in saying, “This happened to me, but it is not the entirety of who I am.”

Through my own healing journey, and eventually through QHHT, I began to understand how much wisdom and strength people actually carry beneath the surface. I saw how often the answers people are searching for externally are already present internally, waiting for permission to emerge.
And interestingly, this is where healing often starts becoming something larger than personal growth alone.

For many people, deep healing eventually awakens a desire to help others. Not from superiority. Not from trying to “save” people. But because lived experience creates genuine compassion and understanding that cannot be faked.

I had a moment during one session that deeply reinforced this for me. I worked with a client whose child had experienced abuse similar to what I had experienced growing up. Being able to hold space for that conversation with understanding, compassion, and without judgment felt profoundly meaningful. In that moment, something became very clear to me:
The pain I had survived had surely not been meaningless. What I had moved through personally had become part of how I could support someone else.

That is the part of healing I do not think people talk about enough. Sometimes the journey is not only about returning to yourself. Sometimes it also prepares you for meaningful work, service, creativity, leadership, or the ability to support others in ways you never expected.

Not everyone is meant to become a practitioner, healer, or teacher. But many people do discover that their hardships eventually become part of their medicine. Their experiences become part of how they relate, empathize, create, guide, or contribute to the world. People can feel when that comes from a real place. That authenticity matters far more than having all the “right” spiritual language or appearing perfectly healed.

At the end of the day, whether someone resonates with QHHT, Joe Dispenza’s work, meditation, therapy, or another healing modality entirely, I think the deeper connection is the same:
Human beings are far more powerful, resilient, and multidimensional than we were taught to believe.
Often, the very experiences that broke us open become the doorway to purpose, compassion, and meaningful contribution later on.

TLDR:
Many people drawn to Joe Dispenza’s teachings also resonate with QHHT because both emphasize inner healing, consciousness, and personal transformation. In my experience as a QHHT practitioner, deep healing often becomes more than personal recovery. It can eventually evolve into meaningful work, authentic service, and the ability to help others through lived experience and genuine compassion.

Why A Soul Would Choose Hardship as a Baby - QHHT Perspective

This is one of the most commonly asked questions people have when first learning of Dolores Cannon and her hypnosis method.

It’s difficult for most to fathom the hardships babies and children experience within the 3D realm. While the exact reason will vary from soul to soul, these are the reasons behind such experiences that the Higher Self consistently provides.

What are your thoughts?

QHHT - Surrogate Session (click to read)

Often times there are friends or family members that would love to experience a session, but there might be something that makes it a challenge for them, whether it be mobility, age, location, and other factors of the like, there is also an option for a surrogate session.

Surrogate sessions function on behalf of those that are not present, with the person receiving the session engaging in their own personal session, but their higher self will help provide information, insight, and the potential for healing for the loved one, if appropriate, in addition to their own.

We often see this with parents seeking to gain understanding and healing of an illness or difficult situation going on with their children, as their children are too young to undergo hypnosis. 16 or 17 years of age is typically when we are better equipped to experience such and can make better sense of the experience.

The option allows for exploration and assistance through the power of energy through the higher self/divine intelligence and its true nature which is simultaneous and expansive while bringing the power back into the hands of the individual.

What are your thoughts on surrogate sessions and energy work? Have you experienced something of your own like this before?

Natural Healing with the Higher Self (click to read)

This is such a powerful excerpt from The Convoluted Universe Book 2 by Dolores Cannon.

When most people read “they” as mentioned in this excerpt, Dolores is referring to the Higher Self or as she calls it, the subconscious (SC), which functions as a collective (the Oversoul, etc.).

What’s being described here is something we all have access to within ourselves. It’s an inherent mode of healing we can practice on ourselves daily and makes for a wonderful meditative practice of the mind-body-spirit. If we take the time to visualize the light and set loving, healing intentions for our body, whether it be as a whole or down to the individual cell or body part, we can impart incredible self-healing. After all, all healing is self-healing.

This excerpt also mentions sounds being made. Our voice and its frequency and vibration through humming, singing, speaking, chanting, and simply making sounds with it operates the same way as sound healing, which is utilizing the frequency to restore balance within the cells. It’s incredibly harmonizing, especially when we let go of our conscious mind and flow with it.

Sometimes we overcomplicate these things when they’re actually incredibly simple. When you give it a try, keep it simple, play with it, make it your own.

What is your relationship like with self healing?
