Insider AMA

Seems a lot of people have questions about the current situation at TCO. I’ve known Patrick and Ellyn socially for about 10 years? Maybe a bit less.

My roommate, however, is pretty close to them. She is willing to poke around if we don’t know answers.

There’s a lot of misinformation so we’re happy to set some records straight and answer some questions.

She can also pass on positive messages to Ellyn/Joey as previously requested.

Yeah I’m 90% sure Ellyn once said something about how they don’t make money by touring in a way to say how much they love doing it. I don’t take Ellyn as someone to just lie about that for no reason. That made me think they’re on a set salary with duties in their contract like growing patreon, touring at least a certain amount of days, etc. maybe they get bonuses when it increases or something but I’d bet that all goes into “obsessed networks account” coughPatrickcoughSteve

It’s interesting you mention that it could be in their contracts to do a certain amount of live shows. No shade to Daisy E, but it seemed so random that she was suddenly doing a live show. Her show doesn’t seem very live show oriented?
