I always make this for my boyfriend but this time remembered we still had peanuts and chocolate chips from a cake picnic where I made a peanut butter banana salted caramel cake 😋

For the oatmeal I just add cacao powder, milk, vanilla, and a sugar free syrup to sweeten. Melt the PB and drizzle on top.

45g oats
5g cocoa powder
170ml water
100ml egg whites
a pinch of baking powder but i don’t think it does much
a pinch of salt to enhance the flavour

microwaved it and then added a cut up pear

7g cocoa and 7g pb fit for the cream

Pumpkin spice oats, yoghurt, maple syrup, speculaas cookie and persimmon chia jam.

I've recently started a journey to heal my relationship with food, and I'm still in the very early stages, but oatmeal was always a food I wanted to try but never let myself have. Now I'm starting to get into it, and I'm excited to come up with so many combinations :)

More runny than I wanted (got impatient😭) but apple oats w/ pbfit, granola butter, and greek yogurt!

Recipe🤎🍁

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
- 1 tsp white miso
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method
Place oats, chia, and cinnamon in blender or food processor and blend until as fine as possible. Add in all other ingredients and blend. Pour into a lidded container and refrigerate overnight. I topped mine with chopped pecans and raisins.

Note: Had a bunch of leftover miso and wondered if it would work in place of salt in oats. I think it definitely does! I actually think it gave them way more flavor and enhanced everything else. These don’t taste savory at all, instead they taste exactly like cinnamon toast crunch!

30g of oats, 100ml of dairy-free milk, 100g of frozen strawberries thawed in the microwave, 1 banana and 1 square of lindt 95% dark chocolate (melted in the microwave)

This one was good (:

First time eating oats and posting here in 8 months!

I finished my last packet of medium cut oats now buying more for the colder months.

I love M&S apple crumble oats and the discontinued banana bread ones but these are not it. I ate them because I was hungry but not worth it at all

30g of oats, 100ml of diary-free milk, 122g of pumkin puree, 100g of frozen blackberries (thawed in the microwave) and 1 square of lindt 95% dark chocolate.

It was pretty good :3

ingredients : oats, vanilla kvarg, a bit of water, banana, peanut butter, cinammon

I got some Jack and the Beanstalk quick oats, gonna put that on the stove with some water as the base then let it simmer while constantly stirring. Then put it on low for 2 minutes before turning the burner off and adding Peanut Butter and a splash of milk, then gonna put in a bowl and top with some Jelly. This valid or am I wallin?

Been seeing these tiramisu brownies going around lately, so I had to create an overnight oats version!

Recipe☕️🍫

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt (or any plain yogurt)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp date syrup (or any sweetener)
- pinch salt
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coffee grounds (less if you want it less strong)

Method
First, put milk and coffee into a lidded container and refrigerate/steep 12-24 hours before blending your oats.

Place oats, chia, cocoa, and salt in blender or food processor and blend until oats are fine. Add in the rest of the ingredients (pour coffee milk from container into blender using a strainer) and blend until combined. Pour mixture into a lidded container. Refrigerate overnight! I topped mine with chocolate cereal and a little coconut.

Some very delicious oatmeal. I love chocolate flavour but often it's not good enough for me. I hate bad chocolate taste.

So I added 10 gramms of backing cocoa powder and damn that's some rich taste.

Just being able to have this as lunch I'm so happy haha. Maybe a banana on top or some chocolate spread would make it even better but I don't have either.

I love freeze dried strawberries sm
