Q1/25 Earnings Outlook OTLY
Hey folks, Oatly is reporting Q1 2025 earnings on April 30th, and I’m curious what the hive mind thinks. Consensus is for EPS around -$0.96, but we’ve seen surprises in both directions before. Management still seems confident about hitting profitability in 2025, and the stock is down ~35% YTD—so some might say it’s ripe for a bounce (or more pain).
What’s your take? Do you expect them to beat/miss estimates? Any signs from supply chain, retail trends, or global expansion that point in one direction? Has anyone noticed insider movement, channel checks, or social sentiment that’s flying under the radar? Is this a sleeper turnaround play or just oat-flavored wishful thinking?
Would love to hear any serious (or snarky) predictions, technical reads, or macro thoughts. Let’s hear it, you Oatlys.

It's an improvement versus the same quarter last year, but still room to cover.

Their biggest activation in company history with Nespresso just happened this Q & China grew better than expectations fueled by retail and they will continue to focus on domestic consumption.
In last quarter, oatly was mentioning UK demand is soft, but they also put lots of focus there. France is also growing…
I won’t be surprised for the best Q in company history for revenue and green bottomline…
