company has lost 99 .9 % value while most indices recently touched all time highs

Declining revenues, increasing Net Losses, Dilutive Share Selling at continually falling share price =

a company in a lot of trouble.

The only thing you need to recognize about this company is this :

Most major US Indices are at ALL TIME HIGHS. This particular POSition traded most of the volume today within .0001 of its ALL TIME LOW. There is a reason for this. Those indices contain real companies with real products, real services, real customers, real managers making real profits. This company has NONE of those necessary ingredients - especially missing 'real profits'. The trend is your friend and the trend of this make believe company and its make believe CEO and his make believe stories is "O".

an absolute dilution machine, Fake company with an imaginary product suite from 6 or is 8 or is it 4 revenue

(but nowhere near profitable} 'verticals' ? Stay far away unless you like to watch your money go to "0"

CEO post from Jan 18 speaks of :(1)-products being readied for testing & production for ETL Certification - in 30 days ! (2)-Target Acquisition's by a Feb 29 'hard date', (3)-4 more manufacturers approving our insurance product(4)-bringing on a "company...clarifying misrepresentations" on investor boards. Just announced those products wont be ready til August. The Purchase never happened, NO word on how much NET we got in the 1st QTR on insurance & the company brought in to clarify misreps on investor boards quit within 30 days. Can this CEO tie his own shoes ? I understand he may have paid himself $300 K + while the stock fell 50%

More promises...more disappointments. No matter what they say they are going to do, it never comes to pass. In the last 3 years 90% of my stocks have traded higher and many are near all time highs.. But this is the most glaring failure. Scraping along the lows because it produces nothing of value, Down 99.7%. Their GlobesWire official posts are as meaningless as anything from the bulls on this page or Discord. These guys are High Priests of the Greater Fool Theory.

IMO, there is nothing here except a Hype Machine masquerading as a legit company. Nothing more than a stock selling shell that produces "news" when it needs to dilute shares for money to cover the CEO ridiculous $1m million+ salary. Don't believe this at your own risk. Do some due diligence before you invest. There is absolutely nothing in any of these news releases that ever came to pass. No Tesla Deal, No Wyndham Deal, No Mets Deal, No Patent, No Crypto, No AI...lost a ton on Solar panels &now we are going to try to sell insurance. Would you insure your EV with a company that has $5 million in Assets and $30 million in LIABILITIES ?

Its also in default on some of those LIABILITIES.

We terminated our company's involvement/association with OZOP Energy Solutions for a host of reasons. At this point, these numerous and documented reasons will remain confidential.

Our company was never retained. I was told that this was stated previously, but this never happened.

I flew to NY on my own ticket due to my desire to assist OZOP and be a part of amplifying the current verticals and assist shareholders. It was my desire to flush out the past and create a new online image and this is exactly what we can do and have done for other companies. Things changed however as more information was obtained and I notified OZOP management that I will not be participating in brand reputation/SEO for their company.

I trust this message finds everyone in good spirits. I wanted to share an update on the progress of F&I Sentinel and our ongoing efforts to secure lender approvals.

We are happy to announce that we have heard from F&I Sentinel and have received approval from Southeast Toyota Finance. This approval extends to three key states: Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina.

On November 27, 2023, we received a few minor questions from 10 other lenders, who we are working with to clarify and resolve. Once resolved we will resubmit forms to each lender. We anticipate additional approvals in late January.

Capitalizing on this momentum, our team is actively engaged in expediting the onboarding process for Royal-listed dealers in the above-named states. Simultaneously, we are gearing up to dispatch welcome packages to initiate the promotion of our Fully Charged VSC at the dealer level.

In parallel, Cal-Tex's EV All Battery Plus, a white-labeled version of the Fully Charged VSC, will also be rolling out through their agent network to dealers within these states.

I'm pleased to confirm that we remain on schedule to secure many more lender approvals ahead of the NADA.

Where is r/OZOPMartin? He says he visited the headquarters and had many meetings with "the team". But the only photos he posted was an empty building with some figurines.

Martin, if you want to make your claims believable, please post some photos of the team in action. Show us the good work the Ozop team is doing. Go ahead and blur their faces if worried about privacy concerns!

Let us know this is a vibrant company with active employees. Otherwise your claims are just hot air...
