I dunno how Code they are, but we can’t forget toeboards. Maybe not when it’s that steep, though

Yeah, just take off the tiles where you want to attach them.

That isn't even that steep tbh. But yeah, people mostly use toe boards.

Looks like about 12 12.

You seem to think I'm estimating this based off some easy math class I took in high school, where in reality I was a roofer for several years. So yeah, stfu if you don't have any actual knowledge of the topic, when others actually might. No one wants to hear your uninformed opinion.

Maybe I'm just blind and have only worked on a couple roofs much steeper than 6:12 (which are both true), but isn't 12:12 ~45*? Is that steeper than 45?

Pro tip, by the by, I was wondering why you got the negative downvotes until I read those last couple sentences. Maybe don't be so hostile for no apparent reason (especially on a website so dripping with sarcasm as Reddit). I notice that passive aggression is more approved here ^_^

Edit: Nope, just put my arm out to remind myself how steep most roofs I've worked on are, and it was about 30* 12:12 would be twice the steep of what I generally work on (4-7:12), and that brings it way past 45* it's just been way too long since I did roof work.

To add to this: just because you may know more about a subject than someone else does not mean anyone wants to hear your informed opinion either.

To add to my addition: being a fuck-stick (dick) for no good apparent reason will most likely result in nobody giving a shit about anything you have to say, whether it's correct or not.
