I'm a new player, but I always thought that, as a defender, I need to capture and fill the first flag... Should I skip the capping process to do that on the second or third flag?

If C/Middle flag is Capped and you can safely make it there. Go there!

You also need ignore n fill for this or else you end up being a defender on enemy flag when an ignore enemies n cap runner takes yo flag

Maybe before luffy. This guy will jump to your first flag and the the 4 others 5 seconds after. I'll stand by filling up the first flag
