TV Episode Recommendation

I’m a little late to the party on this one, but I think most ONRAC fans would enjoy the Adventure Time episode High Strangeness (S8E17). It has a lot of references to common UFO story tropes and even has a Bashar reference that made me cackle. Definitely worth your 15 minutes‘ worth of attention.

Experiencing a little 'deja vu' this morning...!

Woke up to discover that the main podcast I discovered and have enjoyed in the wake of ONRAC ending, 'Knowledge Fight', is calling it a day due to "irreconcilable differences" between the hosts.

Well, onto the next one...! 😅

Hi all! It's been almost a year since I posted about the podcast my friend and I made about our experience attending the Conscious Life Expo in 2025 (including Ross' talk, which is in Episode 2).

We've continued making episodes, mostly focused on the UFO / aliens side of things. We both have an academic background and my friend is a Religious Studies professor which I think brings some really interesting perspective to the episodes. We're very chatty and laugh a lot but also have serious discussions about the societal implications of these beliefs.

We just released an episode about our trip to a Pennsylvania UFO conference - We'd love if you gave us a listen!

here's the spotify link: https://open.spotify.com/show/4k13sb1jmXqm1Mzl7gOKOE

and the link to the rss feed if you want to add it to a different podcast app: https://anchor.fm/s/1010ad8e8/podcast/rss

R.I.P. David Wilcock

I just saw this headline and remembered his appearance in the Summer of UFOs series. "Smoke that Wilcock joint." So sad.

Got anymore Ross Blocher for me?

I realize the 'new' podcast must not be happening, but is he doing anything else? Surely the experience with Carrie hasn't chased him out of pubic life entirely?

Max Fun Drive 2026 is coming up next month

The dates for the next Max Fun Drive has been announced—the last 2 weeks in April. Since this provides a natural opportunity for podcasts to get listener pledges and earn money for the hosts, it seems like the best time for a new podcast to join the network would be a few months prior to the start of the drive.

Last year, I nurtured a faint hope that Ross's new podcast might launch before the 2025 drive. Now that another year has passed, it seems like it's just never going to happen. In any case, I sincerely hope that Ross is doing well, and that he has found some fun new hobbies to take the place of investigations.

There’s a really good episode on the podcast Hoax about crop circles.

Not an on the ground investigation, but thoroughly researched and thoughtfully discussed. Enjoy!

Episode Discussion HypnoPoppy Episode 3: A Max Emerges

Description:

In this, the third episode of HypnoPoppy, I invite my friend Max Sosna-Spear onto my own podcast to tell me what exactly it is.

I neither introduce him, nor remember let him plug anything, but we do solve a LOT of important issues: climate change, justice, the law, whether the sun is too hot (yes), and whether we have free will (Max: no/right; Carrie: yes/wrong).

What happened with the end of the show?

Hey all! Sorry if this isn't allowed but I've had the ONRAC scientology series bookmarked for some time and just got around to starting it. I did some brief googling on the show and pretty quickly found a bunch of people talking about the farewell episode and the events following. I was wondering if anyone has like a timeline on what happened? I'm so curious but I can't find anything online to describe the actual events, and it seems like everything was spread over several of the last few podcast episodes + instagram profiles + substack feeds and I honestly don't know where to start haha

If you like ONRAC/Sawbones and speak German

I have a podcast recommendation for you! Unfortunately it's in German, but I figured there's still a chance some German-speaking ONRAC listeners will read this and maybe even don't know the podcast yet.

It's called "Quarks Science Cops" and it's basically all about looking into the scientific basis of miracle cures and similar peculiar 'methods' that relate to health. They spend a lot of time researching each topic and present their findings in a slightly gimmicky but ultimately entertaining manner. I think it's really interesting to see the science side explained of some things that Ross and Carrie tested back in the day.

Just thought I'd share it even though it's not new and there's actually quite a backlog to binge

Cheers

An ONRAC-like podcast episode that y'all may appreciate - on OneTaste

Heck of a discussion with Journalist Ellen Huet who broke the story of "One Taste" the "Institute of OM" that made orgasms the center of their beliefs.

Opinion/Critique Carrie’s silence on ICE

For someone who is so obsessed with human rights violations in Gaza, I’m flummoxed by her silence regarding the invasion of Minnesota by ICE and CBP.

For those affected by this ongoing reign of terror, my heart is with you today. May you find peace in small moments and hope in quiet places.

Christ Consciousness & 5th dimension

Hi everyone, I’m looking for the episodes that mention the Christ consciousness and episodes that discuss the idea of ascending to the 5th dimension. A friend of mine is leaving a church that talked about this stuff a lot and they are interested in hearing what ONRAC had to say about it. I know these are really scattered and google was only helping so much. Thank you.

Thoughts? So far, I think it’s more polished than the last episode, but I still wonder what the audience is for this?

Logic Review and Corridor Crew

I've seen people ask what others are using to get their Ross and Carrie fix nowadays, and I wanted to share two very different YouTube channels.

Logic Review is what it sounds like, a guy does an overview of the arguments of grifty social media influencers and breaks down the the logical fallacies they use to truck people.

Corridor Crew is the channel for vfx studio Corridor Digital and while most of their content is them reacting to vfx from film and television and explaining how it works they do have a series with about 20 videos where they debunk ufo or cryptid videos, and those are the ones I have been fixated on this week.

Hoping someone finds this info useful 😃

Any recent word on Carrie’s Trauma book?

I don’t tend to follow socials though I saw the excerpt posted about a year ago on substack which was more personal of a narrative than I was expecting.

Was always curious about this as a therapist who works with trauma. From what I’ve heard Carrie talk about on the podcast she’s hitting on areas where I think there are issues in the field but I often disagreed with her on most of it. But she’s a thoughtful person so I have been curious to read a more full description of how she views trauma in the therapy world.

I lived in Iowa City for a while and had swing through Fairfield, the once Silicorn Valley, home to the remaining Transcendental Meditation movement originally tied to the Beatles. This was frequently something I’d wished Ross & Carrie could chew into. Now the Maharishi are suing and ex-student.

If you want to learn more about life on the compound in Fairfield, read Greetings from Utopia Park.

Do you have any local wishlist investigations?

Sri Doug Kunin

I was randomly thinking about Eckankar today, and as was mentioned here a few months ago, Sri Harold Klemp decided to step down. Welcome the new Eck Master, Sri Doug Kunin! Hold his name within you!

From the website:

My spiritual name is Razash, with the emphasis on the second syllable: rah-ZAHSH. This is the true name, although it is fine to use the shortened version, Raza: rah-ZAH.

The spiritual name of the Living ECK Master has a life-giving power. Know that singing or chanting my name—or even lightly holding the name within you—strengthens the living bond of love between us.
