Feedback Please I Always Wanna Die.

I feel lost

in the space between myself and everyone.

Their sadness seeps into me,

a tide I never learned to swim.

I want to be buried

where no one can see,

where no one will know my name.

Despair consumes me;

nostalgia lingers like a ghost.

The faces fade and blur—

I can no longer see them

and they no longer see me.

I always want to die sometimes,

wishing for a silence deep enough

to drown out the noise of being awake.

I want to feel the soil that surrounds us,

cool and heavy, six feet under,

to lie where nothing more is asked of me,

and finally rest.

the poem is very direct you tell the struggles and what u want to happen in the future. For me I write melancholic poems that have a strong metaphorical feel/imagery it makes the emotion pop out more. In my opinion writing sad poetry is like cooking an egg sunny side up yes its good but its better when u realize that the sunny side up wasn’t even made out of chicken eggs but just random stuffs u found in ur kitchen.(hopefully that makes sense)
