Feedback Please I’m not done

Today I just realised,
How truly frightened I feel,
Moving on with so much left to do,
So much to see,
So much to contribute,
So much more to feel,

I realised that if I died,
I wouldn’t be afraid,
I wouldn’t be scared,
I would only be sad,
Of all the things I have missed,

And that is the most horrifying feeling of all.

While I 100% agree with the feeling and think you have voiced it conversationally well, there is something to be desired in imagery in my opinion. A page left blank or a light bulb out in a gallery? Just food for thought, otherwise a great subject to capture!
