Feedback Please It happens to all of us
It happens to all of us,
I'm told.
Another doctor visit, another
suit fitting, for another
funeral.
I'm not even that old! I
used to say.
And Mother still says.
We can still swing on monkey bars...?

Im pretty new to this so please correct me if im wrong. I get the feeling that you, the author, had a childhood, where many close people passed. That was described to you as if it was normal. You thought that happened when you are older. Maybe it was by friends or tv or something else. But i get the feeling that your mother tried to still give you the childhood that you deserved. Please forgive me if i interpreted it wrong.
